Clearly the stresses and strains of dealing with the Great Stan of Software is taking its toll, as the poor dears clearly no longer have any sense of geography -- quite apart from failing miserably to invite The Register to the Microsoft Christmas bash. Ahem. According to August One's Web site, the company's London office is located in Forth Street in... er... Edinburgh, and the Scottish bureau in the Great Smoke's picturesquely but also highly inappropriately named Wood Lane. Microsoft Autoroute Express is clearly up to its old tricks. ®
